Looking for a person who is working full-time (or full-time student), quiet, respectful, and responsible. I am a healthy living 53 year old male elementary school teacher who cycles and does yoga daily. I like quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM on work nights. The room is furnished. Shared kitchen/living room. Room has an ensuite with just a toilet. Shower/bath in the shared main bathroom. No cablevision, but I do have a TV for movies. Car parking available ($10 extra/month). Secure bicycle parking. Pet: depends on size of the dog (under 18" tall and under 30 lbs), the compatibility of the dog, cat, or other. Interview with any potential pet animal required.
