I need two housemates to rent furnished room(s) in single detached house.
Each room is $700.
Security deposit of $500 required.
If you're interested, there is also a smaller room which can be rented out as well for an additional $150. It's too small for a bedroom but can be used for storage, an office, or hobby room.
